Great shutters, good service and no pushy sales tactics We've had Ziptrack outdoor blinds, Verisheer curtains, motorised roller blinds installed in 3 properties. I've been looking for roller shutters for over two years and finally purchased them. Why did I choose classic shutters? tell you why. had at least 12 quotes and just didn’t trust what I was told. reason, I’ve learned threes a lot more to shutters than the average person thinks. just like solar panels, you can get cheap inferior parts and people should be aware of that. also these 50 % off the price deals come in spinner they add that on the price to begin with, its a con. in the end you get what you pay for, that is good quality shutter and that is exactly what I got from Classic. asked all the right questions and they gave me all the right answers – as I knew them from studying them for 2 years. also that goes along way with me, contractors who actually clean up behind them, that’s great. friendly staff, and they were installed within a week. couldn’t be more impressed and ill recommend them to anyone who wants roller shutters and believe me, that comes from a person who does his homework.

Can highly recommend this company and all the staff involved from the office with the initial phone call to the quote being carried out and then install happening it was far from stressful as previously experienced with another large company. I purchased 8 roller shutters 4.5 years ago and recently purchased 3 security doors. I have never had any issues with the roller shutters and have no doubt the same will apply to the security doors. The roller shutters still look great. The security doors, one with a pet door, not only look great but are solid with triple lock. I dealt with Jackie, Shannen and Tim whose professionalism was outstanding. All my questions were answered and when they needed to come to the house they were here when they said they would be. From start to finish, they were great to deal with.
Free measure and quote, the quote came back well below the 'other mobs' - even after they added all their discounts and called their bosses...
There was no high pressure sales tactics, just a couple of options, a price and then left to do my own research. When I was ready, I called them back and went ahead.
Took approximately 4 weeks to manufacture and book in a time that worked for me. Installers were fantastic, professional and cleaned up after themselves.
